What the sources say
THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is the chemical responsible for most of marijuana’s psychological effects. THC is a controlled substance under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and therefore not permitted.
For this reason, depressants like alcohol and marijuana, and stimulants like cocaine or ecstasy, are absolutely forbidden because they significantly affect the mind.
